
New Smiles Dental Clinic was entering a highly competitive aesthetic dental market in Medellín, with a clear focus on international patients, particularly from the U.S. While the opportunity was strong, they were starting from zero, with no defined brand or digital presence to support that vision.
The challenge wasn’t just visibility. It was trust. Foreign patients considering traveling for a procedure need to feel confident before even making contact. Without a clear brand, messaging, or online experience tailored to that audience, it was difficult to position the clinic as a reliable and high-quality option.
We approached the project by building everything around perception and confidence. Starting with in-depth research on the Medellín dental tourism market and U.S.-based patients, we identified what mattered most to this audience, from credibility signals to clarity in the process.
From there, we developed the brand from the ground up, including visual identity, tone, and messaging aligned with international expectations. The goal was to create something that felt premium, trustworthy, and approachable.
On the digital side, we designed and developed a high-conversion landing page focused on capturing attention quickly and guiding users toward taking action. Every section was structured to answer key concerns, build trust, and make the decision process feel simpler and safer for potential patients abroad.


The clinic launched with a clear and differentiated presence, allowing them to compete more effectively in a saturated market. The combination of strong branding and a focused landing experience helped communicate professionalism and reliability from the first interaction.
