The platform felt outdated, both visually and functionally, making it harder for users to explore properties and for the team to manage listings effectively.
On top of that, their previous system limited their ability to scale. Managing properties, organizing listings, and delivering a smooth browsing experience became increasingly difficult, affecting both user engagement and lead generation.
We approached the project as a full modernization of their digital platform. The website was migrated from WordPress to Webflow, giving the team greater flexibility, speed, and control over their content.
We then developed a custom CMS structure tailored specifically for property listings. This included advanced filtering and sorting features, allowing users to easily navigate listings based on their preferences. The entire experience was designed with conversion in mind, guiding users toward inquiries while keeping the browsing process simple and intuitive.
