CMT Logistics was a relatively new company, founded in 2023, operating without a defined brand or digital presence. While they were already active in the industry, their credibility was often questioned during early conversations, especially when potential clients asked for a website or supporting materials they didn’t have.

This lack of structure made it harder to position themselves as a reliable logistics partner, limiting their ability to close higher-value clients and scale their operations with confidence.

Solution

The goal was to build a complete and cohesive foundation that could support both credibility and growth. We developed their brand from the ground up, including logo, color system, typography, and a full set of practical assets such as document templates, quotes, business cards, email signatures, and internal materials.

On the digital side, we designed and developed a modern, structured website that clearly communicated their services and capabilities. Beyond visibility, the site was built to support lead generation, with clear contact flows and the ability to book meetings, making it easier to convert interest into real business opportunities.
