The Fundación Francisco y Clara de Asís (FFCA) is a Medellín-based organization with over 47 years of history. Despite its legacy and impact, the foundation was facing financial challenges, relying almost entirely on donations to sustain its operations.
Their digital presence did not support this reality. The existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked any real structure for communication or conversion. It didn’t reflect the foundation’s mission, nor did it help build trust or motivate potential donors. At the same time, they had very limited visibility online, making it harder to attract new supporters.
We approached the project as a full transformation of their digital and communication ecosystem. The website was completely redesigned with a focus on clarity, usability, and conversion, making it easier for visitors to understand the foundation’s work and take action.
To increase visibility, we implemented an SEO strategy starting with the setup and optimization of their Google My Business profile. This included building a complete presence, encouraging reviews, and strengthening their local search positioning.
Beyond the website, we supported their branding consistency and developed corporate videos that clearly communicated their mission and impact. We also played a role in key initiatives such as their anniversary book launch, producing a recap video that allowed them to extend the reach and value of the event.

The foundation now has a digital presence that reflects its history, purpose, and impact. The new website and content made it easier for visitors to connect emotionally with the mission and understand how to contribute, improving their ability to attract support.
On the visibility side, their search presence improved significantly, allowing more people to discover the foundation organically. Internally, they now have better tools and assets to communicate consistently, share their story, and support fundraising efforts with greater confidence.
